Class of 2025 | bdsosnowitz@gmail.com

Dear Coaches,

My name is Blake Sosnowitz, and I am a Senior at Phoenix Country Day School (PCDS) in Scottsdale, Arizona, where I have a 3.77 Unweighted GPA. I play the point guard and shooting guard position on the team for Coach Shane Lewis. I play AAU for Desert Dawgs Club Team for Coach Andre Gibson-Starks.

My ultimate goal is to play college basketball, and I will do whatever it takes to earn a team jersey. I have put together a sample of some highlight videos from recent tournaments and high school games. If you feel I am at the level you are looking for, I am ready to make a campus visit. You can reach me at bdsosnowitz@gmail.com, or please don’t hesitate to get in touch with my coach.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Blake Sosnowitz

Accolades

“A super intelligent scoring point guard made them competitive all weekend long. He has the deep three from the volleyball line and it is one of the deepest shots in the entire state. His change of pace is really good and will makes passes with his left or right hand. He often gives a hard shot fake and then will side step into his three or can step back and shoot it. He threw a few impressive up the court passes.”

-Gregg Rosenberg (NCAA certified scout)

“One of the deeper perimeter shooters in the class. He literally shoots it from beyond the volleyball line with an ultimate green light and a quick release. He sprays the ball around the court to teammates with his pinpoint passing making him a fun watch.”

“Blake Sosnowitz is a Breakout Player of the Year Candidate”

-prephoops.com

He is a pure PG who can score. The ball is on a string for him. He hesitates perfectly to get the defense off of him. He is a great passer and ball handler with his right or left hand. He has a deep three-point range with a super quick release. His mid-range pull-up off the dribble is a very mature move he often uses. He plays smartly off of the pick-and-roll game, and his ball fakes are tough to defend. When he is rolling, their team is tough to handle.

"One of my favorite guards to watch; he can catch fire, and when he does, it is really difficult to stop him."

-Jeff Luera, Co-HostSmall Ball Podcast
